Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic Twitter specialist who can build and scale creator-driven X accounts with precision, personality, and speed. You’ll be the engine behind daily presence, audience development, and narrative consistency — transforming raw ideas into influence, engagement, and revenue.

Your Role

As a Twitter VA, you'll activate and manage creator growth across Twitter from ideation to posting. You’ll research trends, format content for platform performance, schedule strategically, and assist with audience interactions to build trust and authority.

Ideal Candidate

As a Short-Form Content Editor, you’ll play a critical role in defining how our creators are perceived online. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn raw footage into dynamic, high-impact edits that align with each creator’s unique brand tone and revenue goals.

• Proven experience in short-form editing for social or creator-driven content

• Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention

• Familiarity with creator culture, social virality, and monetisation funnels

• Creative and adaptive editing style that aligns with diverse personalities

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Fast, responsive, and collaborative attitude

• Passion for storytelling through short-form content

• Able to work autonomously while maintaining elite quality control

Edit high-impact short-form content daily using raw creator footage.

Create multiple content variations to support testing and improve performance.

Transform long-form materials (streams, YouTube videos, OFTV content) into compelling, platform-specific short-form clips and episodic content series.

Maintain consistent editing quality, including sound design, colour, subtitles, and export settings.

Adapt content for multiple creator personalities, brand identities, and monetisation funnels, ensuring stylistic consistency and performance standards.

Revise and iterate quickly based on feedback, maintaining high creative standards while hitting deadlines and volume cycles.
