Job Summary

We’re looking for a versatile Instagram specialist who can build and scale creator-driven pages with precision, personality, and performance. At our agency, Instagram isn’t just a posting platform — it’s a relationship engine. It’s where attention becomes trust, trust becomes connection, and connection becomes revenue.

As an Instagram VA, you’ll execute daily content workflows, community engagement, and DM-driven growth strategies that elevate creators’ brands and turn passive followers into loyal fans and high-intent subscribers. You’ll operate with speed, discipline, and brand awareness while staying ahead of social culture, algorithm shifts, and creator trends.

Your Role

You’ll join our creator-growth team — the operators responsible for shaping how our talent shows up online and builds lasting digital presence. Your responsibilities span content execution, scheduling, comment management, story posting, and relationship-focused DM flows.

You don’t need to be a content editing expert — but you do need to understand how attention works, how to build meaningful interactions at scale, and how to cultivate fandom. You’ll collaborate closely with our content and growth departments to ensure every IG account is active, strategic, and aligned with the creator’s tone, personality, and monetization goals.

Account Safety Awareness: You know how to protect accounts — clean sessions, safe IPs, proxy discipline, private devices, and zero reckless behaviour.

Attention to Detail: Nothing slips — captions, tags, formatting, audio, timing, and account indicators are reviewed before posting.

Requirements

We maintain exceptionally high standards for account safety, execution, and reliability. To excel in this role, you should possess.

Edit high-impact short-form content daily using raw creator footage.

Create multiple content variations to support testing and improve performance.

Transform long-form materials (streams, YouTube videos, OFTV content) into compelling, platform-specific short-form clips and episodic content series.

Maintain consistent editing quality, including sound design, colour, subtitles, and export settings.

Adapt content for multiple creator personalities, brand identities, and monetisation funnels, ensuring stylistic consistency and performance standards.

Revise and iterate quickly based on feedback, maintaining high creative standards while hitting deadlines and volume cycles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Execute daily posting schedules across multiple Instagram pages — reels, feed posts, stories, carousels.

Manage and organise content libraries, tags, captions, and batch assets for smooth daily output.

Perform account hygiene tasks — monitoring logins, verifications, device resets, and reporting issues early.

Support basic DM workflows (welcome messages, story replies, warm audience engagement) following scripts.

Upload, prep, and format content for Instagram (trimming, cropping, adding captions/stickers where required).ent for multiple creator personalities, brand identities, and monetisation funnels, ensuring stylistic consistency and performance standards.

Track engagement patterns and pass performance notes to the marketing team to improve future iterations.
