Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager to lead the success, retention, and growth of our creator partners. In this role, you act as the bridge between our internal teams and the creators we serve — ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and constantly progressing towards their revenue vision.
This role requires emotional intelligence, strategic sensitivity, and a deep understanding of creator monetisation. If you love winning through others, building systems, and elevating talent — this is your arena.
Your Role
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll lead the relationship, results, and roadmap for our creators. You'll collaborate across media, marketing, chat, and leadership to ensure that each client grows, stays aligned, and performs at the highest level.
You will:
• Build deep partnership and trust with each creator
• Lead weekly performance reviews and strategy sessions
• Hold cross-department teams accountable for delivery
• Forecast growth, monitor performance, and remove blockers
• Drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Client Success Manager embodies these traits:
• Experience in creator-focused agencies or digital operations
• Emotional intelligence & leadership presence
• Strong communication — written and verbal
• Ability to organise, prioritise, and move projects forward fast
• High ownership mindset — “nothing slips”
• Data-driven decision maker with an operational brain
Requirements
We hold high standards. To excel in this role, you should possess:
Operational Excellence: You move with structure, discipline, and urgency. Deadlines, accountability systems, and weekly reporting are natural to you.
Cross-Team Management: You're confident working with multiple departments, aligning incentives, and ensuring execution matches expectations.
Creator-Economy Awareness: You understand digital audiences, monetisation models, content culture, and the psychology behind creator success.
