Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager to lead the success, retention, and growth of our creator partners. In this role, you act as the bridge between our internal teams and the creators we serve — ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and constantly progressing towards their revenue vision.

This role requires emotional intelligence, strategic sensitivity, and a deep understanding of creator monetisation. If you love winning through others, building systems, and elevating talent — this is your arena.

Your Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll lead the relationship, results, and roadmap for our creators. You'll collaborate across media, marketing, chat, and leadership to ensure that each client grows, stays aligned, and performs at the highest level.

You will:

• Build deep partnership and trust with each creator
• Lead weekly performance reviews and strategy sessions
• Hold cross-department teams accountable for delivery
• Forecast growth, monitor performance, and remove blockers
• Drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion

Ideal Candidate

As a Short-Form Content Editor, you’ll play a critical role in defining how our creators are perceived online. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn raw footage into dynamic, high-impact edits that align with each creator’s unique brand tone and revenue goals.

• Proven experience in short-form editing for social or creator-driven content

• Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention

• Familiarity with creator culture, social virality, and monetisation funnels

• Creative and adaptive editing style that aligns with diverse personalities

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Fast, responsive, and collaborative attitude

• Passion for storytelling through short-form content

• Able to work autonomously while maintaining elite quality control

Edit high-impact short-form content daily using raw creator footage.

Create multiple content variations to support testing and improve performance.

Transform long-form materials (streams, YouTube videos, OFTV content) into compelling, platform-specific short-form clips and episodic content series.

Maintain consistent editing quality, including sound design, colour, subtitles, and export settings.

Adapt content for multiple creator personalities, brand identities, and monetisation funnels, ensuring stylistic consistency and performance standards.

Revise and iterate quickly based on feedback, maintaining high creative standards while hitting deadlines and volume cycles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead weekly success calls with clients, align priorities, and identify growth levers.

Coordinate between media, marketing, and chat teams to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.

Monitor content pipelines, paid growth, retention, churn risks, and performance trends — escalating insights to leadership.

Drive client onboarding, brand development, and ongoing support structures, ensuring creators feel supported and empowered.

Create actionable improvement plans, resolve challenges fast, and proactively communicate updates to clients & internal leads.

Maintain KPIs across satisfaction, retention, and revenue — ensuring every client grows month-over-month.
