Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile Social Media Manager who can architect and scale creator-led brands online. Your role is to turn ideas, content, and community touchpoints into influence, trust, and measurable growth.
This isn’t a “post and hope” position — it’s strategy, execution, narrative control, and conversion-driven distribution. You’ll work across multiple platforms, create a consistent brand presence, and make data-driven decisions to optimise engagement, retention, and monetisation.
Your Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will act as the operating system behind our creators’ public identities. You’ll oversee strategy, content calendars, scheduling, engagement flows, and brand storytelling across every platform.
You will collaborate closely with the Content, Chat, and Growth teams to ensure aligned messaging, seamless execution, and maximum brand impact.
Your focus: predictable systems, repeatable growth loops, creative excellence, and performance-driven decision-making.

Data-Driven Decision Making: You analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategy quickly — everything is tested, tracked, and optimised.
Collaboration & Communication: You work fluidly with editors, chatters, and leadership, keeping everyone aligned and executing in lock-step.
