Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly skilled Short-Form Content Editor to transform creator assets into high-performing, viral content that drives measurable growth. This role is built for editors who think like strategists, engineering virality, retention tactics, and platform-specific trends to create clips that convert casual viewers into loyal fans and paying subscribers.

Your Role

As a Short-Form Content Editor, you’ll play a critical role in defining how our creators are perceived online. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn raw footage into dynamic, high-impact edits that align with each creator’s unique brand tone and revenue goals.

You’ll blend artistic precision with a data-driven mindset, delivering consistent, high-quality output while testing variations to improve engagement and conversion performance across platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Requirements

You’re confident in using CapCut as your editing platform, with a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects when required. You understand pacing, structure, and transitions that drive performance across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your technical precision allows you to create polished, platform-ready edits at scale.

Revise and iterate quickly based on feedback, maintaining high creative standards while hitting deadlines and volume cycles.
